Bridge Classes 2012-2013
All teachers listed are CBAI Qualified & Registered
In general, Bridge teachers run their Beginners classes over a 20-24 week period, with 10-12 weeks from the End of September to Christmas and 10-12 weeks from January until beginning of April or so. On completion of classes we encourage teachers and clubs to provide a Monitor assisted game to assist Novice players in thier transition from class to club bridge. You are a Novice for five years from the September of the season in which you commence your classes or until you have earned enough points to move on to the next grade. For next season's classes click below. These are updated as we receive details from the teachers. If there are no details for 2012-2013 contact the teacher for last year's classes who will be able to help.

If you would like to become a qualified, CBAI registered bridge teacher the next Training Seminar will be held in Dublin in the Templeogue Castle Community Bridge Centre in the 2013 - 2014 season.

A weekend of Master Classes for existing Bridge Teachers will be held in the Cavan Crystal Hotel on 25th to 27th of January 2013. The price and programme for the weekend have yet to be decided. Details will be posted here as soon as they are known. In the meantime, if you are interested please contact us at the CBAI to register.

The recent development of the teacher training and school bridge programme has seen the number of schools Nationwide interested in including bridge in their pre Junior Cert and transition year programmes rise steadly.
