Daniel O’Donnell popped in to the Templeogue Bridge Centre recently to play a game of bridge and to support the CBAI’s National Bridge Week. Daniel has a strong card-playing background, and took up bridge seriously a few years ago, under the tuition of well-known teacher Máire O’Keeffe. He loves the game and plays as often as his busy schedule will allow. He was a great sport, and had a photo taken with everyone who wanted one (there were LOTS of fans). And the numerous photocalls didn’t seem to affect his bridge, as he and Máire came first in their section. He has promised to come back again for another game when he can.
