For clubs participating in the CBAI’s Group Public Liability Insurance Scheme, your cover is due to be renewed on 1 September 2024.

The premium remains at €105 for the coming year, with the same cover of €6.5 million. This will cover your club from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.

Here is the (very straightforward) proposal form. Please complete it as soon as possible and forward it, with a cheque for €105 (or more if you’re including any optional extras) made payable to Don Reddan (Insurances) Ltd, to Diarmuid Reddan, Don Reddan (Insurances) Ltd., 19 The Crescent, Limerick. Your cover note for the year will be forwarded to you on receipt of the premium and completed proposal form.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHEQUES OR FORMS TO THE CBAI!

This policy has been negotiated for the Association and covers ONLY affiliated clubs, and it remains critical that ALL the members of your club are registered with the Association through your club; this is a specific requirement of the policy. Visitors are, of course, covered under the policy, but, regular weekly visitors should be regarded as members and included in your membership listings to the CBAI. As a general rule, any player who attends a club more than once per month should be required to join the club as a full member.

For any special circumstances – e.g. activities other than bridge that you need to cover – please contact Diarmuid Reddan directly on (061) 419685.
