The annual Novice & Intermediate Congress was held over the weekend in Roganstown Golf & Country Club, with an excellent turnout for all the competitions. Our thanks to CBAI National President Catherine Byrne and her Dublin North team, especially Mary Breen, for their work in planning and running this event. The venue was full on the Saturday, and we had therefore to restrict entries, which made it very disappointing that several pre-entered pairs in the Intermediate As did not show up on the day. If they had cancelled, we might have been able to offer their spots to other pairs on the waiting list.
